1. 自動フラグメンテーションと並列リクエストにより最大6倍速のダウンロード速度を実現。バックグラウンドでビデオを事前ダウンロードし、中断のない視聴を可能にします。
2. 高度な字幕機能：カスタマイズ可能な字幕の外観、インターネット上の字幕を見つけるための内蔵OpenSubtitlesサポート、字幕のタイミングを即座に調整できる直感的な字幕同期ツールを含みます。
3. 調整可能なオーディオダイナミクス（イコライザー、コンプレッサー、ミキサー、ボリュームブースター）およびビデオ設定（明るさ、コントラスト、色相、色覚異常対応のLMSダルトン化）で、あなたのユニークな視聴覚の好みに対応します。

プレーヤーが現在サポートしている形式：
- MP4ビデオ (.mp4)
- HLSストリーム (.m3u8)
- DASHストリーム (.mpd)
- Youtube（Chromeでは手動インストールが必要なためダウンロードはサポートされていません）
プレーヤーの使用方法：
1. ビデオがある任意のウェブサイトにアクセスし、拡張機能をオンにします。検出されたビデオは自動的にFastStreamプレーヤーに置き換えられます。
2. また、ストリームマニフェストファイル（m3u8/mpd）をクリックまたはナビゲートするだけで再生を開始することもできます。
3. 新しいタブに移動し、拡張機能のアイコンをクリックしてプレーヤーにアクセスします。他のタブで検出されたソースをソースブラウザを通じて再生できます。また、コンピュータからビデオファイルをドラッグ＆ドロップすることもできます。
注意事項：
- ライブストリームはサポートされていません。近い将来のサポート予定もありません。
- このプレーヤーはDRM保護されたコンテンツでは機能しません。これは意図されたものです。このツールの使用方法にはご注意ください。FastStreamを著作権侵害に使用しないでください。

- 事前バッファリングの最大サイズのデフォルトは5GBです。これは設定ページで変更できます。この設定を変更する際には、コンピュータのストレージスペースに注意してください。ビデオが大きすぎると、ブラウザはRAMからSSDにデータをオフロードします。頻繁に大きなビデオを事前バッファリングするとSSDの寿命が短くなる可能性があります。

- (2025-05-29) radcowboy: I've been using this plugin for a long time, maybe a year now, but i just used it earlier and some buttons like the fullscreen and x buttons to close menus would open up external links/ads/shady websites unrelated to faststream (despite also having adblock on) which makes me believe at this current time the extension is unsafe and compromised. It was never like this before, so be wary when downloading this before its next update. I wouldve rated this 4 or 5 stars because this extension was my go-to for streaming videos because of its convenient and thoughtful features, but i can't give it the same rating anymore purely for this major issue that could put users at risk.

- (2025-05-28) Kip Hackman: Love, love, love this extension. I do wish that the included skip back and forward 10s buttons used the custom keyboard keybind intervals, though. I do also wish that more of the popout menus had close buttons on them too. Sometimes I have to think for a second to figure out if I have to click the button again to close them, click outside of the menu to close them, or something else. Still, this extension is worth its weight in gold.

- (2025-05-11) MrMadHatter TV: Sometimes the autoplay doesn't work on every site but i still give it 5 stars because i feel that's more of an interface issue. It can make websites with too low of a sound go to 300% which i love, and the download speeds are so much faster than normal websites download and it gets rid of lag especially on odd 3rd party streaming websites that are bogged down for obvious reasons.
