This is a simplest extension that you need to easily open multiple urls in a separate tab. The UI is very simple and user friendly.
Simply enter a list of urls and click on open button.

Works perfectly and links do not need to be clickable like other extensions. You click the extension button, paste the list of urls and off you go. Tested with Vivaldi.
