Replaces muted segments in Twitch.tv VODs with their unmuted versions that are available on Twitch servers for up to 24 hours after the stream has ended.
Colours the VOD's seekbar to indicate segments which do and don't have unmuted versions available.

- (2023-06-17) xerzo crimson noir: it didnt work maybe when it was made it did but it doesnt now i tried 2 week in a row once just less then a day into just after so maybe it was bad timing but the other was just hours later in some reloads it said nothing or minor slivers other said off and on chunks in the muted parts and the on did nothing when it hit a green segment still muted
