- (2025-04-24) Codey Taylor: Love the extension! However, I am needing to login every time I open my browser.
- (2025-04-07) Amanda Buchler: This was working fine until it wasn't. I put the sources in and it cited my resources but when it comes to linking it to my Google Docs it keeps taking me to the add to Chrome Extension. I have already added it to my Chrome Extension. This is very frustrating as my professor wants me to cite everything down to the letter and there is no way for me to transfer the citations over to my Google Docs!! Please fix this!!
- (2025-01-29) Lenard Andrew Birondo: Currently, it cites randomly.
- (2025-01-28) Raine Gulaja: this was working great but now it cites everything wrong and i have to go to the website itself :( please fix this. i thought maybe i had to update but turns out i'm not the only one experiencing this problem.

- (2025-01-10) Evan Yoo: GREAT CITATION THING! I USE IT FOR EVERYTHING I <3 Scribbr!
- (2024-12-19) Christine Noney: Good: 1. is convenient being an extension 2. makes webpage journal articles easy to cite Bad: 1. the only thing that is easy to cite is journal articles that load as a webpage 2. will not cite PDFs - increasing numbers of documents are PDFs 3. Useless at properly citing government websites eg the Australian Government Therapeutic Goods Administration - the equivalent of the FDA - is cited as "T.G. Administration". 4. Useless at finding dates - many times the year is in the content but cited "n.d" 5. Manual citing takes ages and the categories are insufficient for scientists Recommendation: Use MyBib extension - not perfect but better than Scribbr, on the rarer occasion when manual is needed still use Scrbbr. Reasons for MyBib (does everything Scribbr does plus:) - Cites PDFs - Much more reliable and faster login But MyBib still doesn't cite government sites properly: Therapeutic Goods Administration is "Goods,T."

- (2023-12-18) JOANNA ROSE ARCELO: It has been a great tool for me for the past few weeks, but last week, it failed to load. I tried deleting the extension and downloading it again, but to no avail. I deleted the extension again. Today (12/18/2023), I tried downloading the extension again and it now works as it should be. Thank you for fixing this issue.
- (2023-12-15) SAMIFARR -: It used to work - but now doesn't show up on chrome extension. When I try and use it - it brings me to this page without any citations. I tried removing and reinstalling but to no avail. What happened? does it not work with all of the chrome updates? UPDATE - so the tool works in many cases but fails if the URL is a .pdf file. It seems to work on general pages but not if the link is a PDF in and of itself. Bummer because most sources are PDFs.
- (2023-12-13) Dhammi Edi: It is not good at all. waste money. I made a big mistake taking service from this. I am going to upgrade to Quillbot.

- (2023-11-01) Jelle Alkema: Very useful, but extremely annoying that it overlays a small icon on the bottom left of the screen that can't be removed (easily)

- (2023-09-25) Jessie Karch: Suddenly started behaving weird after working like a charm for more than 2 months. Malfunctioning across 2 browsers - Arc (on Mac) and Vivaldi (on Windows); uninstalling then reinstalling + re-login seems to fix the problem but I am sure this is not how this extension is supposed to be used. When I attempt to create a new list then add a reference to the new list, the extension window will suggest I am adding the reference to one list, and when I go check on Scribbr website, the reference is in another list. On top of that, starting from today (Sept 24) I also noticed significant lag in the Scribbr website.
