Either way, the extension lets you inject your data into the overlay so you can view it as annotations over a graph in your browser. Use the "move" handle to drag the overlay to the start of the x axis, then use the "resize" handle to stretch to the end of the x axis, using the blue guidelines for alignment. Set the start date and end date to match the graph and you're ready to go!
As you hover over the timeline ticks for an event, the event card carousel will scroll to and highlight the corresponding event card. Likewise, hovering over an event card will highlight the timeline tick and lay a red vertical line over your graph. Click on a card or tick to lock it into place and view multiple events at once. Click again to unlock.
This extension is free to use! The Web application includes a powerful free account with basic functionality, and in the future will offer a subscription for advanced features.
