Oil Standard is a web browser plug-in that converted all prices from U.S. Dollars into the equivalent value in barrels of crude oil. As the cost of oil fluctuates on the commodities exchange, prices rise and fall in real-time. "Oil Standard" was originally produced by Michael Mandiberg in 2006 as the first artist-made plug-in, and was restored in 2018 by Mandiberg and Danara Sarıoğlu.
