Now, I can directly save candidates into the database, saving me hours of manual work. While the current features are fantastic, I hope to see even more automation in future updates. I started using this plugin since May 2023 for Linkedin, and I must say, it has significantly simplified my candidate sourcing and management process. This tool seamlessly imports candidates directly from Linkedin into my Tacitbase candidate database. I can add database labels to candidates during the import process. This feature allows me to categorise candidates right from the start, making it effortless to organise and filter them later. And hey you guys detect if the candidate is duplicate too, that saves my much time and efforts. I really have high recommendation for Tacitbase and the plugin too. At day one when I attended the demo I was really skeptical about using a new tool instead of our ongoing google sheets. But after long 9 months of my journey with Tacitbase I can say one this, "Yes, it made the difference in my recruitment process." Guys, if you are a recruiter or anyone involved un candidate management then Tacitbase is for you.
