They used to have real humans doing transcription and I don't believe that's true anymore, but with AI advancing, I expect the accuracy issues aren't much of a concern anymore!

I had questions about how to use it as I'm not tech savvy, and he patiently explained and showed things, and when things weren't working like I wanted to, he also brought in the developer to fix it. I was very impressed, with the speed of response, support and personal attention given to my issue. In the time that I've had Spoke I've seen it updated, refined and developed further significantly. I'm very happy with Spoke, and use it daily for my Zoom coaching and meetings.The integration with Zoom has gone better and easier. I've seen it grow in leaps and bounds over the years to become possibly the most time-saving and accurate transcription/meeting notes software on the market currently. I especially like the recent upgrades that detect the context and intent of dialogues in meetings and break them down into a categorised summary at the end. I'm excited to experience how (creatively) the development team integrates GPT-4 into the software's functionality, just as I'm generally excited about utile AI overall. Here's hoping the dev team continue its innovation in this regard.

• (2023-04-05) Law A: I hesitate attending a meeting without spoke activated. I no longer find it necessary to "manually" take notes in meetings. The ability to search for a certain phrase or keyword to locate the section of the meeting to reference is amazing and I surely can't live without it. The only feature I don't use most of the time is the autosummarize feature. It's maybe 90% accurate which is pretty good but not good enough to use. I find myself deleting the lines one by one as there isn't a way to delete multiple lines of the summary. I am sure it will improve which is why the ratings remain 5 out of 5. Keep up the great work.

• (2023-04-03) Chris Scott: Spoke has went through numerous upgrades since the early stages of development. It has now cemented itself as the leading tool in the meeting transcription space. It's clean, quick, unobtrusive and just works. I've never had any issues with it when using it for meeting transcriptions. Highly recommended as a meeting transcriber.
• (2023-04-03) Bharat Karavadra: It's great that I can invite Spoke to a Google Meet meeting and it records the meeting and creates a transcription at the end. The transcription can be edited to correct any spelling mistakes in unclear audio. However the best feature about Spoke is the ability to highlight key aspects of the transcript of the meeting to create a custom key points summary of the overall meeting together with the corresponding part of the video. This effectively creates a custom summary of the meeting. Then there is the AI meeting summary which can be useful to get an overview of the meeting if you didn't attend or hear all of it.
