- (2025-06-29) Deiby Chico: As of the Jan 2025 update, this one works better/best out of what is available for Chrome. Not perfect but out of the options, it works good enough. I've seen the download icons, but I don't know why but it doesn't show up usually or at least I haven't figured out how to make it appear. It sure has some download feature, but it may be buggy or broken. I'm more of an advanced user and it sure isn't obvious how to download anything. But just FYI instagram locks your account if you try downloading HD photos, even one photo. The only way that I know works is taking a screenshot of the browser element or of course a screenshot on mobile. But the extension works like it I supposed to aside from that, as it does send your browser the mobile version. You have to keep the window it opens roughly a small to small-medium width in size or it goes back to the web version... you can just resize it to find the maximum possible width. Overall it's not bad if you really need to, but I'd still always use my phone over this, just more fluid and complete.

Which was previously by default "for you" chronological, can be changed to "following" or "favorites" chronologically. It's exactly like the actual version of mobile apps, but it's accessing them through a laptop or PC.

When you click the arrow thing next to the comment icon on a post, it just brings up your friends list like it does in the desktop version. There is no option to add it to your story. Bummer!
