### UPDATE: Six years after initial extension publication
Google is a corporate censorship machine. Without the permission of any government, Google downranks sites that are outside the narrative of corporate news outlets as Wallstreet Journal, Washington Post (owned by Amazon CEO), and CNN Inc. Basically you won't read any news on Google News that educate about those corporations or their advertisers.

- (2016-11-03) Malthe Ø.: Tentative solution (only tried it for 5 minutes): Install ublock origin (adblocker) -> Enter element picker mode (under the big blue 'disable/enable button') -> Highligt section (I could highlight the whole section at the button of the Top stories section) -> move mouse to right button corner -> click create -> section gone. Sounds complicated but it's quite easy.
