• (2023-07-13) Beau Mundt: Does not work and would guess most of these reviews are fake/paid for. Discord server for support is full of users complaining that they just took the money, and nothing actually works. Extension loads but doesn't actually do anything.

My only question is if you pay for this monthly like a subscription?

It doesn't work" they cant seem to figure it out. the support is trash. ive emailed them specially this guy imran mallik. they scammed me I told him to refund me and he said it'll cost him $12 bucks and their support discord is expired i need my $5 bucks man. transcript is way better and better

• (2023-05-12) Anthony Schnitzer: I'm giving it 4 stars because there are areas for improvement but from what I've found it is the best out there. - The instructions could be better for setting up the API key. My credits were expired and I did not know that. - They could be more upfront with the fact that it costs $5 a month AND you have to purchase your own API key (very easy to do and totally understandable). - I think they need a professional email with automated responses set up. Personally I hate Discord and I think it's very unprofessional and cumbersome on so many levels. - It would be tremendously helpful if they made it so that when you click off of the extension (to type in the answers it gives) the extension does not go away. When this happens you have to reopen the extension and reinput the question. This forces you to copy and paste the answer it gives you into a different sticky note so that you can see what it says as you type it in the answer box by hand. A lot of extra unnecessary steps that would be eliminated by simply making the box stay open when you click off of it. - When you highlight a question, it will autogenerate a response for you. This does not go away unless you click the "x" BUT this textbox is uneditable. It would be helpful if you could edit the text (ie. question you highlight) because for the chemistry problems especially, the system does not recognize certain characters and you need to retype/edit them by hand. - The system could be improved to recognize more characters. It does not recognize subscripts for example - It would be helpful if it stored even a little bit of history so you could click back to see the previous questions you asked and its previous answers. It takes a lot of extra time when you have to edit problems and then you click off and it deletes them and you have to retype all over again. Or an even more common scenario- it gives the wrong answer so you have to clarify and tell it "*Note: the answer is not 'x'". It would save a lot of time if you could go back to your previously asked questions so you don't have to retype it. This would also be fixed by making it so the extension does not go away when you click off of it. Both features would be helpful. - It is not very good at math. Please teach it how to properly calculate significant figures (consistently) Overall, this is the best thing out there right now. Still lots of room for improvement.

• (2023-05-03) Soua Xiong (EKO_SaintST): Awesome little extension that helped me on my tests and quizzes and very fast support. I had a typo registering when I first subscribe, may need add another prompt to retype email second time, but they were able to help me resolve it quickly via discord. This software is not 100% accurate, struggled on my statistic problems, though it does give me insight to help my better at study. Great Work!
• (2023-05-03) Daniel Marin: This AI is still in the works, and I say this in a positive way because ALL AI across every platform is still being worked on to be better, and as of now it is fantastic with its job, I have done 2 quizzes so far, finished them under 4 minutes and gotten 100% to a 90%, the AI is very responsive and easy to use. As well for the 5 dollars a month payment is a steal for getting better grades and not get caught. I also believe like my first statement that it will only get better in the future as more users report problems and the creator who is very fast at responding to issues will fix them and is taking considerations from his customers to add in future updates. Think of this as an investment for the creator to be able to make it far more advance than what it is now. The only issue you'll be having is that you should've gotten this sooner than later. P.S. Its only 5 dollars.

May get some wrong and math is not really where it shines. I contacted support about a small issue for the API Keys and they were fast and friendly. The pricing is fair. Overall, its good for students but not advanced college courses. I would not recommend to those who have complex math courses and advanced college courses

Deff would recommend if you want some help on your assignments or hw. Does a great job elaborating on broad and subjective topics.

I got a response instantly and they fixed it right away and made sure we didn't have any other problems. Helped me get a 95 on my midterm. I would recommend this to EVERYONE. Props to the developers.
• (2023-04-05) Ivan: No doubt one of the best and simplest extensions I've seen and used, and it also allows for flexible use on various websites that many other extensions don't. Overall reasonable pricing and amazing customer service, I had an issue with the highlighting system and mentioned the issue to the Dropin support, not only were they fast to respond but they were extreme friendly and easy to work with. They even resolved the issue and even updated there own system based of some positive feedback for a consumer and that took under a week, i honestly love the extension and recommend it to all!

It is so reliable and quick, making it the perfect thing if your low on time. This is one of the best recent purchases I made!

I joined their discord server and they got back to me almost instantly and resolved the issue. That alone deserves a 5 star

The text option is as useful because sometimes theres only pictures of text (which you cant highlight because its a picture) so having the generate tool is a must have. Well done to the developers
