  • (2025-04-11) IM Tanuki: Can't verify my account - no option to resend verif email. Can't drag and drop prompts to folders. No option within a prompt to change the folder. Latency in creating a prompt is ridiculous.
  • (2025-03-17) Mithal Androsons: I bought a premium , but I can't use it. Every time I use it, it prompts me to upgrade. I sent emails to customer service twice. No response. Not recommended. You will lose your money.
  • (2025-01-10) Wellington Alves: PromptBox is excellent! Easy to use, very helpful for organization. Perfect for productivity. Highly recommend!
  • (2024-11-29) Shannon M: Interesting. I've been using prompt folder. I'll be stoked to note the differences. Love a decent competitor. Before, I had just pinned them to my clipboard. Having a place to store prompts as well as additional features, is a game changer. So off the bat, I have an issue. When I go to Trending > GPT Characters and try to click on a prompt so I can see the whole prompt, it's unresponsive. They aren't really much use, shared publicly if they can't be seen or used. Prompt Folder also has a prompt optimizing feature and a copy prompt + trigger to ChatGPTs website, where with a / you can also access your prompts. Concept, cool though.
  • (2024-10-26) 観月唯: With this tool, I can finally store all the prompts I need in one place without having to search everywhere for records. The interface of this tool is simple and easy to use. Whenever I think of a prompt, I can save it, and when I need it, I can directly call it up for use. It's incredibly convenient.
  • (2024-10-23) Dictate Digital: PromptBox is a fantastic Chrome extension for anyone using AI platforms. It makes saving and sharing prompts incredibly easy, streamlining my workflow. The interface is user-friendly, and I love how organized everything is. This tool has really enhanced my productivity and creativity. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to optimize their AI experience!
  • (2024-10-23) Will Mulholland: PromptBox has been a real game-changer for me. Instead of having my prompts scattered across notes and docs, everything's in one place and accessible at a moments notice. I like using variables as it's helpful for adjusting prompts quickly. I use it daily for Claude prompts, email replies, and even saving useful chain-of-thought prompting snippets. For the price, it was definitely worth it. Nice work team.
  • (2024-10-23) Norberto Clemente: Use it all the time, best of its kind!
  • (2024-10-23) Royal Drive Autos: Been a great tool for a business with many repeated customer inquiries! We use PromptBox across all our sales desktops. Highly recommend! 5-Star!
  • (2024-10-20) Dirk Müller: PromptBox is a highly practical tool for managing repetitive text tasks, designed to save users time and improve productivity. Its core functionality revolves around organizing and accessing frequently used text, such as AI prompts, email templates, and social media responses, all from a simple, intuitive Chrome extension. Key features include the ability to save and categorize text into customizable folders, share prompts with others (even non-users), and use variables for personalized adjustments, making it versatile for professionals like digital artists, copywriters, and AI enthusiasts. One of the standout aspects of PromptBox is its "variables" feature, which allows users to quickly modify reusable text, such as names or locations in emails, without retyping the entire message. This is particularly useful for those who need to create large AI prompts or frequently repeat similar communication. Additionally, its drag-and-drop organization system and "/shortcuts" feature for quick pasting make workflows faster and more efficient. While PromptBox excels in simplicity and functionality, it does have a few limitations. Currently, it lacks advanced features found in more complex text management tools, and some users report minor issues with folder navigation. However, these drawbacks are expected to be addressed in future updates, such as the upcoming search bar for easier prompt management. Overall, PromptBox is an excellent choice for individuals and teams looking to streamline their workflows, particularly for those working in AI, digital marketing, and customer service
  • (2024-10-10) Brandon Whitton: PromptBox has exceeded my expectations. It functions as advertised. I love how I can use it to share content between multiple devices. The ability to use variables makes this very useful for modifying repetitive content such as prompts or emails you send regularly. For the $19 I paid on Appsumo, this was great value. I would highly recommend this to anyone who thinks it may be useful.
  • (2024-09-28) Ilya D.: Screwed the people who bought this tool on appsumo. Did a downgrade and doesn't reply to emails and cleans up comments on instagram. Shame
  • (2024-09-13) SEO Optimizer: What a bad product- their website is down...
  • (2024-07-21) Paul: This is a huge time-saver! No more typing long repetitive texts and also, no more copy-pasting! A simple shortcut key is all it takes and you're done! And yes, there is an option to set variables and easily change specific parts of the prompt or message. Try it for free and you will see! :) We purchased PromptBox initially for AI prompts. But now, we are also using it for emails and social media replies as well. I'm sure we will find more uses for it down the road since more features are expected to be released soon. Cheers!
  • (2024-07-12) Stuart Clifford: PromptBox is a fantastic tool for organizing and accessing frequently used text. It's perfect for saving email responses, AI prompts, and commonly shared links. The new features like "/shortcuts" for quick pasting and right-click saves have made my workflow much smoother. Highly recommended for anyone looking to boost their productivity!
  • (2024-06-18) Hermann Zimmermann: The PromptBox chrome extension isn't cutting it for me. As a premium user, the prompts they offer are way too basic and boring. And don't even get me started on the user interface - it's just not user-friendly at all. All in all, I expected way more from a premium extension like PromptBox.
  • (2024-05-28) Dennis Hackett: Easy and simple to use, but it is a lifesaver for anyone who uses repeated information frequently. For example, anyone who uses Ai, you can now save your perfected prompt as a template starting point next time. Have an Excel formula that took you forever to figure out, now you always have it right there. Always get a ton of emails that 98% require the same response, not you have a copy one click away. Love it and HIGHLY recommend it.
  • (2024-04-19) Chris Tucker: PromptBox has revolutionized the way I handle routine communications, like email replies and calendar links, with its customizable shortcuts. This feature not only saves me a ton of time but also helps keep my workflow smooth and efficient. It's a game-changer for personal productivity!
  • (2024-02-15) Jack Nixon: Pretty useful. Would be better if it would copy+paste when you clicked on a prompt from the toolbar.
  • (2024-02-12) John Ford: Previously, I've had prompts written down on paper, in note apps, stickies on my desktop — basically all over the place. PromptBox completely changed all that. Now I have everything in one place, always ready and immediately on hand; so glad I found it.
  • (2024-01-21) Peter Nikolaidis: A great tool to organize your GPT experience. Save time by not having to copy and paste from notepad every time you start a new project.
  • (2024-01-20) 助太刀SUKEDACHI: Prompts are essential for various AIs, but managing and recalling favorite prompts was very difficult. After introducing this, it changes to only needing to enter dynamic variables. It has saved me hours of searching, thinking, and clicking.
  • (2024-01-20) Sebastian Vaisov: The best tool to use for my prompts. Instead of notepad or other similar tools. Everything in one place - easy and convenient!
  • (2024-01-20) Mostafa Okasha: This is my favourite prompt organizer. 10/10 has all the features you would need. Cmd + E if you're on Mac, then you have all your prompts in front of you, with amazing organization through folders and all so you can easily categorize your prompts and label them. There are shortcuts too! Did I mention the 'Shared with me' and 'Trending' features?
  • (2024-01-20) James Canington: Promptbox is exactly what I was needing. I was going nuts trying to organize prompts in different apps and being able to search for what I needed at the time. It has made my prompt obsession more manageable. Highly recommend

This Chrome extension has completely transformed my workflow by allowing me to effortlessly copy and paste templates with shortcuts. The ability to organize my text with folders, colors, and pictures has made it incredibly easy to stay organized and efficient. PromptBox.ai has become an indispensable tool for me, and I highly recommend adding it to your Chrome browser. It's a productivity booster that will save you time and effort. • (2024-01-19) Reverso Publishing: Guys, I have to tell you about this browser extension I recently discovered, called "PromptBox". It's like having a personal assistant for copy/pasting, but way more advanced. Think about all those repetitive emails, artistic suggestions, demonstration videos, invitation links... PromptBox handles them all in a flash. And the best part? Say goodbye to typing the same text over and over! The features are top-notch! Being able to save preset replies for emails or texts with customizable variables is a godsend. And those mid-way artistic suggestions? Brilliant! Plus, storing commonly shared links and videos is super easy. And the alert for large ChatGPT messages is a feature I didn’t know I needed until I had it. The new features really impressed me. The "/shortcuts" command for quick pasting is genius, and being able to save directly with the right-click is super convenient. The quick search bar and the ability to see the last 10 text saves in a dropdown folder makes everything more organized. And the new user interface? Simply sleek! But there are even more goodies: uploading images as per your requests and the upcoming desktop app that works with all programs with a simple shortcut key. Wow! Accessing frequently used text, links, and prompts directly from the extension toolbar is super handy. Organizing my material with folders, colors, and icons makes everything more intuitive. And creating reusable text templates with variables? A game-changer for productivity. In short, if you're a digital artist, a copywriter, an email efficiency lover, or just looking for a way to boost your productivity, PromptBox is the solution. It helps you keep everything in order and maximize your AI-based workflow. And the fact that it's compatible with all AI tools is the icing on the cake. Start today, it's free! I can’t imagine life without PromptBox anymore, and I bet you’ll wonder how you ever managed without it!

  • (2023-09-01) Maxime: Useful, but I have to remove 2 stars because whenever the extension updates, the page "https://app.promptbox.ai/view" opens, and since that happens very often it can get quite annoying. I hope this gets fixed, or that we at least get the option to disable this (ideally in a banner that asks us if we want to disable this feature, that gets displayed whenever the page opens after an update. Something like: "Keep opening this page after each update?" - "Yes"/"No"/"Ask again next time"). Currently, it's not a "What's new" page that opens but the home page, so for now this seems to serve no purpose and to be a bug - and a pretty invading one.

  • (2023-04-18) Jason Horton: Considering this is a very basic clipboard note app, it was very lame to hit a paywall after saving approx 10 prompts. Makes it quicker to migrate and uninstall, I suppose. Make it unlimited for basic service then offer extras for premium. Oh, and select a thumbnail so I see the result on MJ. This isn't hard guys.
