Heather Shin 2025-08-28: This makes sending texts to my students en masse much easier. There have been some improvements to it, such as saving your csv file, that have improved the functionality. It is a bit of a pain to have to dedicate an entire window to it when it is running (If you navigate to a different tab, it doesn't send messages and you get a bunch of failed to send notices). If that could be changed, it would be a huge help.

I need to check in with significantly more students per month than that. I'm seriously thinking about canceling the service. I just don't understand why I pay more now and get the same settings as when I paid less. Don't waste your money.

I use the CSV option just like mail merge and WAYYY less complicated. You can also attach a photo or screenshot. The option to send texts individually and not as a group is perfect. The only thing I wish for is the option to highlight and bold text. I pay the small fee personally because it helps me so much. I work in education and this app gets the job done plus some!!!! I could not live without this app. Thank you!
