• (2024-03-14) Jon: Since they asked me to write an honest review for them, I will write what I feel about this software. The software is not perfect, but works 100% and that's what I needed. It does post to groups, even my joined groups and no other software in the market does that so obviously it would not be perfect, but it saves me hours of work everyday, how can that be bad? My only concern is about posting to groups as my business page which this software doesn't do, but they say it will be available in the future version, which I hope happens soon. Edit: It can now also post to groups as a business page!! Thank you for taking my suggestion into consideration.
• (2024-01-15) Dean Ward: First off.. it DOES work, I've been using it for months now posting to over 120 groups.. It is tricky and does need some experimenting to get working and i always test to one of my own groups. Vinod doesnt reply to emails, well he did initially but i keep sending him suggestions to make it better and never get a reply. I often get emails about NEW projects he's doing so i think its a matter of its just him and he's got to many projects on the go. I'd prefer if he'd concentrate on getting this right first but clearly he wants to get loads of extensions out that barely work then tweak them whilst his customers who are paying substantial amounts of money beta test his work.. Not a good way to work as you just alienate your customer base with sub standard products. I've asked him many times now for the ability to click on a scheduled post and replicate it once a week/month. That way i dont have to copy and paste a new post each week, i can just leave it running on my server and know each week the post will go out. I get no reply! VINOD - If you are reading this.. if your bothered. treat your customers right and you will make more money.. Look at all the slightly negative reviews youve got.. how many sales do you think that has lost you? Love what you are doing but just tweak your approach to business. **** Update Dec 2023**** Post Partner NO LONGER works in anyway. It visits the group but doesn't post. Tried it on numerous computers but the same thing happens. I have send VINOD many many emails but never get a reply. I am cancelling my payment, shame as it was such a time saver. If it ever gets fixed i may consider returning. JUST LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS VINOD!!!! **** Update Jan 2024 **** Not sure if my threat of cancelling had anything to do with it but literally the day I posted the last update Vinod emailed users to say he was aware of an issue and they are working on a fix. The fix came soon after and I have to say it's worked flawlessly for 3 weeks. WELL DONE. This extension does work. The customer service has a lot to prove and only time will tell but for now i'm happy. I will keep updating this review as and when things change but as of 15th Jan 24 all is good.

• (2023-06-22) Max Jaramillo: Half-part scammy / half-part poor tech. Two different sites (Pilot Poster and Post Partner) with different pricing already had my guard up. I thought I'd give it a shot. It barely works. AVOID.
• (2023-06-22) Alvin Luo: Subscribed for a month and initially the extension was working, then suddenly it didn't work. It will keep posting the same thing over and over again on the same group according to the time interval you set. Got a FB banned for 7 days restricted for posting. Initially Vinod does reply emails but when the extension didnt work, have sent him 3 emails to request for refunds, he wouldnt bother to reply. Contacted Stripe with no help. dont bother using it to save yourself troubles.

When I canceled the subscription, they told me that the money would be returned within two working days And now, more than a month has passed, and the money has not been returned, and when I send them to the mail, no one answers? I hope they believe and the money is returned but they are clearly scammers

• (2023-01-28) Kevin: Couple of things. First LOVE LOVE the extension, getting so many leads from FB without actually having to sit on my computer now. Second, the feature to auto repeat posts would be a HUGE thing for me and they say it will be released soon with some good functionalities, so waiting on that. I would actually pay DOUBLE if that turns out as I hope. All in all, Thumbs up for all the efforts you guys are putting in this extension.

• (2023-01-26) Frank Musarra: Definitely not perfect but one of the better programs I've used. It also seems like they are getting better communicating with users. The repeat posting feature was one of the main reasons I purchased and has yet to be implemented. I receive emails with updates which is great. Highly recommend.
• (2023-01-26) Maveen K.: Being the only tool that does auto posting to Facebook groups, it had its shortcomings, but the team is very active in updating the tool from time to time and almost all issues are fixed by now. Yes, there are a few minor issues here and there but they don't matter as much compared to the benefits I get from this tool. I hope the team keep it working and keep adding new features. I will always be a loyal customer.

• (2022-12-17) Jamie Glaser: Sadly after paying for 5 months the extension has not worked properly even once. I was banned from 2 groups for just posting links and it double and triple posted to others no matter what the setting was. I will disagree with those who have not gotten replies. Vinod replied at first within hours and then later within 2 days but sadly the replies didn't change the fact that this extension does not work and has never worked. It makes me sad because this could have been a game changer for those of us who could have benefited. Vinod has my money, I have nothing and have stopped recurring payments today.

• (2022-12-14) Scott Lambert: The Chrome extension didn't work from the day I installed it. I wasted hours trouble shooting everything I could on my end. I repeatedly sent customer service emails with no response and no support. If this company stands behind their software like the platitudes state on their website, then why do they have this statement in their general terms of service? "Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis." I would not recommend this software.

• (2022-11-06) Michelle Goodwin: I had previously given this app a 5 star but have now restorted to a one star (zero if it was possible). I have been trying in vane to get hold of someone - anyone - to assist me as the app is no longer working. I have landed up in Facebook jail with two different profiles while using this app - because the app post wherever it wants whenever it wants irrespective of the setting I have set. I landed up in FB jail because Post Parter just kept posting the same post over and over and over to a hand ful of groups and as i said - doesn't matter how many emails I have sent in past two weeks - I have had NO RESPONSE. I have in effect been paying for an app since August which has not worked for me at all - with no resolution (or communication) from the developers. HUGELY DISSAPOINTING - which is really rather sad as the potential for this app is phenomenal.

• (2022-10-16) Gavin Gardner: u know what. i read these reviews and im shocked, its a new program the first of its kind at this time there is going to be bugs and problems. its beta testing, at the time of righting this review 215 users. thats 215 people emailing in to Vinod who seems to be only point of contact with problems. anyone would struggle! back to the point, this poster is amazing. look into it learn to use it and its insane. email ur problems he fixes them. not a reply but knowing its fixed is enough. keep up the good work mate!
• (2022-10-10) Kevin Pearce: i gave this a 1 star review before and removed it i gave the developer the benefit of the doubt after i spoken to him. 2 weeks later, its still not working properly and the developer isnt reply to my emails. AVOID!!

Sometimes its hours after or not at all...multiple sessions with support and now not even a peep from them...I am cancelling
• (2022-08-25) Kapil Gandhi: The posting process is very smooth. It's posting to all my joined groups one by one right from my browser all day and I'm getting so many messages and leads. I would love it if in future it can also auto message new leads, I would pay extra for this feature.

  I bought this app in August, have been charged every month since August - but it has only worked three times and that was when the developer tried to help me via AnyDesk - it has never worked since then again. I have sent copious amounts of emails to the developer and received absolutely no response at all The best part is that when I removed the app - I WAS STILL CHARGED!!! No-where are you given the option to cancel your account. Be warned everyone - they are all very helpful and friendly when you join up and then the app stops working, you get no more support and they keep taking your money.

  On the 1st day i use its work like charm. On 2nd day the schedule not working. I have to switch off and switch on the apps then its running. But it will stop some time. To repeat the switch off and switch on again. So what its not automate anymore.

  I have multiple issues of which I have sent multiple emails to support and to Vinod personally. Initailly, there seemed to be good service....but now no one responds and the telephone number I had doesn't work anymore. If you are considering purchasing this tool, I'd watch this page to see if issues are being resolved before investing.
