• (2023-09-29) Tom Legg: Great little extension that makes Twitter so much more usable since Elmo decided to push all of the replies from the dumbest people on the planet to the top. Just wish there was a way to use it on my phone as well.
• (2023-07-12) Dana Toland: It was okay until it quit working a couple of days ago. No recent updates to the extension. I am now using Blue Blocker, very happy with that one, more options. This one should either be updated or removed from the Chrome store. Thank you for the effort though!
• (2023-06-19) Chris DeLeon: I had unchecked "block big accounts" to which it promptly blocked a lot of giant accounts anyway including the current president of the united states. I'm now having to clean up after it. Do not trust this extension
• (2023-06-19) Gina Wilson: Somewhat useless. I'm looking to block brainless users, NOT things I don't even care about and aren't offensive, such as MLB and every MLB team. Also the pop-ups on the left side of the screen are irritating and block the menus I actually want to use. Instant un-install for me. Don't bother.
• (2023-06-11) Art Was Here: After a long time using this I updated my review from 5 to 2 stars for a lack of a some necessary features: 1. Needs an option to auto-block subscribers on posts. I'd like to auto-block subscribers on accounts, and not all and not all of account subscribers are also blue checks. 2. "Action Delay Timer" in options needs a hover-over with an FAQ / info box, including facts like: The base Action Delay built-in is X. This modifier makes it +/- Y in seconds/milliseconds/etc. 3. Needs an option to auto-block yellow-checks. 4. If possible, needs an option to auto click "Show Replies", as they often load a lot of extra blue checks to auto-block. Would change my rating back to 5-star if i saw these added. :/

• (2023-05-09) Keira P: Blocks big accounts and then when I press undo, the account does not get unblocked without me going to the page. Then when I go to their page, it blocks every account on that page and it's just an endless cycle of big verified accounts getting blocked and the undo button not working. It's ending up being more trouble than it's worth.

• (2023-05-05) Steve Ayres: It's working now. It wasn't working about a week ago but for now it seems to be working well. You can "undo" when it blocks something you don't want to block and BluesBlocker will add it to a whitelist. Sometimes it's a little tricky to get this feature to work though. For example, I grappled with this when it kept blocking the official Bruce Lee acct. I didn't necessarily want to follow (at)BruceLee but also didn't want to block them. Following seemed like a simple compromise.
• (2023-05-05) Jarren Butterworth: I love the IDEA of this extension but the filters don't really work, it ends up blocking EVERYONE regardless of what checkboxes I hit. I just want it to block all these useless twitter blue folks with like 20 followers who ruin the replies for everything. I keep doing what I called the "Greta Test" to see if I could look for a Greta post and see if all the awful idiots replying to her were blocked while she wasn't. I have "big accounts" turned off, but every time I load it up it blocks Greta too. It blocks major news sites. It blocks verified users not just paid nobodies.
• (2023-05-03) Stop4 Cats: Working great, but this morning I got a suspension warning from Twitter based on my "unusual activity". I wouldn't advise typing the word "bluesblocker" in any tweets. I'm going to get my Twitter data now in case I do get a permanent suspension.
• (2023-05-03) Evan GrimGram: NEW REVIEW (5/2/2023): Works exceptionally well. It takes a while because it has to go through a pending process to block people but it's very good. ...Although I hope they add a feature that allows users to prevent blocking of people over a certain follower count; especially given that Twitter is handing out verified ticks to accounts above a specific follower threshold.
• (2023-05-02) Dibby: After some ups and downs and periods of it working/not working, it does seem to be working again.... However, it's now blocking people that I follow, even though I have specifically toggled that option off. Otherwise, it does the job really well. A lot of the critique and concerns have been addressed (you now have a MUCH longer period of time to hit the "undo" button for example). I think it's still a bit rough around the edges in some cases but it's definitely the best addon I've found for blocking Blue users.
• (2023-05-02) David Levy: Installing this extension seems to be the only way to keep Twitter somewhat usable. Please add an option to exempt users with a million or more followers, most of whom were verified under the legacy system and "gifted" Twitter Blue subscriptions by Elon Musk.
• (2023-05-02) zp: I am happy that this concept for a plugin is already propagating. If you think about it Elon is actually doing us a service with Twitter Blue, by using this plugin I can filter out worthless opinions I hope this plugin or another can come with tweaks like, block those horrid NFT profiles, don't block and auto-unblock Blue users who are followed by people I follow, or maybe adding a threshold to how many followers a Blue account must have to not be blocked, etc. Maybe if there's a database that still has a list, don't block former legacy verified users (although I'd rather that be optional because I think they were quite stupid even before the Musk buyout, maybe not as much.)
• (2023-05-02) Carl Joseph: Seems to work but everything is stuck in "pending" with 0 actually blocked. The notification pops up get annoying when there is so much blocking going on and it covers too much of screen. Otherwise, it's great, and a very welcome extension.
• (2023-05-01) Princess Whoosh: It's working really well now and blocking loads of people, but it's possibly working too well as it's triggering twitter's suspicious activity threshold regularly and logging me out. I had to remove it after my account got security locked after too many logouts. If this gets fixed I'll use the extension again.
• (2023-05-01) Ryan Waddell: Pretty solid. Would like to see an option to also block Gold checks, and also the toast notifications in mobile browsers (like, say, Kiwi, which allows you to install desktop extensions on mobile) are a bit of a gong show but otherwise pretty happy with it!

• (2023-05-01) Bosie Jan: Blocks for a few hours, but it's been stuck at '99 blocked, 38 pending' for four days and not additionally blocking anyone at all. I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the same issue happens every time: blocks for a few hours, then stops entirely. Not sure if this will get fixed but it's a bust right now.
• (2023-04-28) Kana Kawase: The latest update (1.0.10) seems to work perfectly, and unlike similar extensions I've tried, does not trigger Twitter's bot detection algorithm. The block notifications now stay up longer, making it easier to curate a whitelist. The ability to manually add handles to the whitelist would be an appreciated feature in the future, however. Perhaps even to import a whitelist from a file, so we could share a list of old legacy accounts and exempt them from the blue purge.
• (2023-04-28) Steph: Hey dev, Thanks, for fixing. Now the only thing I would love... To be able to have an option, to trigger the blocking when I want. Like, my main feed, I don't want automatic blocking. But when I get to, let's say, a Tucker post, I want to trigger manually the "block all the blues". (still following the rule of exceptions)

• (2023-04-26) Gaz Woods: Has been intermittently working over the past few days, can only assume that this has been due to Twitter fudging around at their end as to how accounts are flagged. For example, today extension started blocking ALL verified accounts inc. Gold Check ones and verified-by-affiliation accounts, not just Twitter Blue accounts. Needs more options if possible to filter out only Twitter Blue subbed accounts with <1m followers, otherwise uninstalling.
