• (2025-04-02) Mikkel Ridley: When it works, it's a good wallet, but I have had issues all day with the wallet not syncing properly and refusing to send any assets out on the Solana chain. I tried reboot the machine, disabling and re-enabling the extension, restarting the browser, none of it worked. I can see my correct balances on the DEX's when I connect Exodus to it, but my withdrawn tokens have taken hours and still haven't shown up in this wallet extension. That means I can't send them to my hardware wallet or to any other wallet (CEX). I would be furious if this was a critical point in price action and I could not sell my assets! Luckily I learned about this issue before that was the case. I downloaded the desktop version and entered the 12 word phrase to import it there, and NONE of my tokens showed up. For this reason I am not even going to attempt the troubleshooting step of removing the extension and adding it back in. Moved to TWO different machines where it was already installed and imported, and it doesn't see my tokens either. I thought it might be a network issue, but a competitor's wallet is working totally fine on the Solana network, it appears to only be an Exodus issue. Tried to send an NFT to a competitor wallet so I could work with the funds, it just goes back to step 1 and doesn't send it. This is clearly a bug in the wallet itself. Very disappointed. I will be moving to a competitor's product. EDIT: the next day it still wasn't working properly 24h later. For those in a similar situation, I did some more digging and if you go into the security settings, and look for the private key for the specific network you are having issues with, then you can copy it and then import it into another wallet. E.g. I did this with SOL, pasted into my Phantom wallet, and boom! All my tokens and history that Exodus would not show are immediately there in the Phantom wallet. DYOR first, of course, I was just holding tokens so there wasn't a lot to worry about (staking etc). So, in conclusion, due to the issues and the length they persisted, I no longer recommend this wallet to anyone, use something else (so far I'm very happy with Phantom).

After I complained of the 10 different people giving me no help I was blocked from sending emails now blocked on X. If I could give you 0 I would. Like my wallet and my soul now empty 0
• (2025-01-01) Seifer Flo: Not quite there yet... I found the app to be slow and not very user-friendly. It opens in a tiny window that seems designed for mobile devices, even when using it on a desktop. This mobile-only concept is quite frustrating. Additionally, not all cryptocurrencies are supported compared to the standard wallet. While I acknowledge that the fees are cheaper than the current wallet, they are still high like other Exodus products. Due to these ergonomic issues, I prefer to stick with the desktop app for now and will keep an eye on future updates. Note: This app is not a scam. The negative reviews may be inaccurate. Importing your wallet works fine, although not all cryptocurrencies are supported, which is why some may not appear.

• (2024-06-15) Jim Speiran: I have it on my old computer and was pleased with it. I tried to open on my new computer but I don't like the result. I put in my 12 words and got it to come. However it did not fully open. I can see my portfolio but the page is only 1 10th of the size on my other computer. It gives me commands but cannot see the link they mention. At this point I am going back to my old computer and remove all my data and put into another system, either Coinbase or Kraken if I can't get this resolved now.

I have some suggestions that gives me problems in continue using and can be my limitation or usability problems: - My main investment wallet is my 7th created in my seedphrase wallet, and as Exodus only allows 3 portfolios (these wallets), I cannot manage my main portfolio. - One of the most annoying thing in wallets or portfolio managers is that we need to keep creating wallets from my main seedphrase wallet...if we could find an way to identify if there is an already created wallet on that, create automatically. I think it is not possible, but...that is a crazy feature. - It is not that clear some things in the app. Like creating portfolios, etc... I would love to see an onboarding type of animation in the beginning of my first usage, showing some stuff...

However, this chrome plugin says it has full access to all websites and data and it also asked for my 12 word pass key which Is only used to protect my wallet? Why can't I simply login or have it detect that I already have exodus on my pc? I will look into it more but for now this is a huge red flag to me and I may be way off but just seems a little crazy. Sorry if I'm way off. I will fix this review if that's the case.

I did not make a new wallet, but used my 12 word seed phrase from another company's wallet to "restore" an Exodus wallet. Both wallets now have the same seed phrase and show the same crypto amounts. Is this okay, or should I get rid of my old wallet? Or get another Exodus wallet with a new seed phrase? Oddly, I cant find an answer to this despite reading much on wallets, portfolios, and seed phrases.

I currently use the mobile wallet, the desktop wallet, as well as the extension for my browser, I've never encountered any issues with this wallet all reviews of this being a scam are completely misleading i would recommend this wallet to anyone in fact i would strongly suggest it over other similar platforms. If i had to be picky and choose something that was negative the minimum swap for coins and tokens is very high forcing me to send my coins to alternate platforms to swap but that's often the norm so if i could give more than 5 stars id give it a 9/10 stars
