This Extension allow anyone to find and extract suggested accounts on any Instagram Profile (If the account is in private then you should follow him to see the suggested accounts by Instagram)
If you want to scrape suggested account on Instagram, just run the extension directly when you're on the target instagram profile and start the scraper. You can connect a webhook to send data to Airtable, Zapier, Salesforce or any CRM with a webhook feature.
