- (2023-04-18) Phillip Lynch: I HIGHLY recommend it. Honestly, one of the most essential extensions anyone could ask for! Over half of the responses I send as is. I would love it if the developers added a feature to auto-send drafts that are a “good fit”. I’m not sure how possible that is but would certainly be a cool feature! Time saving, accurate, and works for more than 80% of my incoming support emails. Looking forward to using it more and more.
- (2023-04-18) Agnes Mcdonald: I had no issues downloading the extension and setting it up. It’s easy to use, is able to answer around 75% of my incoming emails, and developers are very responsive over email. Sent over a few product ideas for them to add and they already added one of my suggestions - the ability to have a “do not respond” list of emails. I wish more extensions lived up to the hype like this one. Thanks to the developers for being so responsive and building a great product!
- (2023-04-18) Crystal Young: Freaking Incredible! This is the first tool I’ve seen that actually learns based on your past emails. Every other tool that I have seen in this space, simple is a ChatGPT wrapper or integration. Whereas with this Fiber AI tool, it looks at all of your past support responses to be prevent you from having to answer the same questions in the future. God bless the developer(s). This saves me 2 hours a day and I'm having so much fun with it. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

This extension is a game-changer for anyone who struggles with answering too many customer emails and needs help with answering incoming support tickets. The extension works seamlessly on Gmail and they are building integrations to other sites soon. I particularly love the enhanced feature support for Gmail. Whenever I log onto Gmail, on desktop or mobile, I see a draft email attached to all incoming emails. I usually make minor edits at most and am ready to fire it off in seconds. Overall, I highly recommend this extension to anyone who wants to streamline their customer support process. It's user-friendly, efficient, Actually WORKS out of the box, and has saved my countless hours. I’d give it 10 stars if I could.
- (2023-04-18) Essie Greene: First of all, the extension is incredibly easy to use. My incoming emails have a draft attached to them, and I can usually send the draft as is or make minor edits to it. The drafts are always written in my voice, similar to how I’ve written past emails. One of the features that I appreciate most about this extension is the ability to provide feedback on the email drafts. The AI model used by Fiber is incredibly advanced, and it is able to positively and negatively reinforce feedback on whether I accepted the draft or changed it dramatically. This feedback makes the drafts get better over time which is invaluable in helping me save time answering emails. This tool has been a huge time-saver for me, and has allowed me to focus on growing my business and minimize the time I spend answering support emails. Overall, I highly recommend the Fiber AI email chrome extension to anyone who wants to put their support email on auto-pilot.
