• (2024-04-19) Joseph King: I recently purchased TeamSmart Premium. At first it worked fine and yesterday after an update with the chrome browser, it is not working at all. When I launch the TeamSmart plugin, I get a long vertical thin black window pop up with noting in it. Tech supprt has not gotten back to me. Their chat says within a few hours, so I am hopeful. I though I would come back and give an update to the review above. It is now April 19 2024 and I have not heard one word from this developer to resolve any of my issues with accessing this app. My Advice, If you are looking at this, is to run the other way. It is not worth waisting your time and money on. I would give it a 0 star if I could.

When I launch the plugin, I get a long vertical thin black window pop up with noting in it. This situation has been there for more than two months. Not happy at all. Feels like has been scammed.

Same black vertical line, which appears to be a glitch at least two weeks old from posts. Wasted a couple hours, thought it was my fault, turning off Norton and trying various unsuccessful conflict resolution steps. Sending this one off to AI heaven with an uninstall.

I've upgraded to a paid plan (heard that its now subscription only), but so far I Love it. Have no regrets and waiting on new features to drop. Oh and they have a live chat right on the website, was surprised how fast they responded, I had couple of questions before purchasing a paid plan.

Even when the “Check if you want to see the default Chrome tab” option is set, the first tab opened always seems to default to this extension. Can you please fix this bug? This was observed in Brave browser.

• (2023-05-30) Kathryn Couch: Great for an AI newbie to explore the endless possibilities for enhanced productivity - IF - they are curious to poke around and adapt to the UI - its a little clunky for me as of now. If there is a way to edit prompts after initial submission (I haven't yet found it) that would be a major plus! Would recommend with the note that there is room for improvement. However at this price point I can't complain.

The idea is legit, diffrent models for diffrent task that are highly accessible. This eliminates the fraction for reaching out to the GP4 itself. The UX is friendly. Love the simplicity and smoothness✨ The UI is decent, yet i encourage to use more photorealistic pictures since the oily pictures indicates the unrealised of the persons. Also, Love this: Premium No 😕(😅) The models are good but still basic. Some futures might be helpful: Tone Detection, Tone Selection, Continues Writing (Clarify, Compare, Simply). Prompt Editing is a must. When typing prompt and deleting it, the whole extension collapses.

  I have an API key from a different organization but i'm a collaborator on that organization. its not my original account. so every time I use an API key in integrations with my projects, have to put the organization id so that the billing wont link to my personal account.. it seemed to ask me my open AI key but not the organization. and since my personal account is not funded, I cant use the plugin..

  Hey there I first want to thank you for addressing problems and replying on concerns and I really appreciate it. But Teams Smart AI is still the default tab even if I have set it not to. Its only possible to open the default new tab once a TeamSmart AI tab is open, only then does it generate my default new tab as the new tab. The new update seems to have also created a bug which now creates every new tab created except creating a new tab the normal way (which is clicking the plus icon at the top of the chrome page) to be the default new tab page. For example I will right click on a youtube video to open to a new tab by link. Instead of opening a new tab through the link to show the youtube video I clicked, it opens the default new tab page. Another example is my chrome extension checker plus for google calendar which creates a notification in the form of opening a new tab is no longer the extentions notification page but the default new tab page. So its quite funny right now hahaha. Everything has become the new tab page except when creating a new tab hahaha.

  When opening a new tab the team smart ai webpage is loaded instead of the normal tabs. I have already set the setting for it to be off so that it wont load team ai and only load default but it does not work. The only work around is to open a new tab which will be the team smart ai webpage then while the page is open create a new tab. This will then open the default chrome new tab page. Its like the team smart ai page doesn't remember that it should be opening the default new tab page if the team smart page is not up and running.

  I just installed the extension and now when I input my API, I get the error that I have exceeded my current quota. This is NOT coming from ChatGPT as I have checked and I am no where close to my quota. I actually just created my API key today. What's the issue here?
