- Just like others, it did work -- until it crashed about 200 pages in. Now I can't access my data or run the program again. Do not waste your money. Quite unfortunate

- I run a high volume shop so I paid for premium. Ran it for 6 hours and it got progressively slower and slower until it completely stopped about 80% through my orders. Tried again the next day and now none of the links in the popup window work at all- I can't get emails, start automation, or access my account. I've restarted my computer, updated and rebooted Chrome, cleared cache, and it still won't work. Total waste of $10, would really appreciate a refund.
