Better Tab was designed to make your browser more useful! Lots of customizations to make Better Tab your own!
Right on your homepage or in a new tab you will have:
- News feed:
News in dozens of languages, you can choose the highlights from your region or from your favorite news site! It is also possible to add any RSS Feed link (in XML) to stay always informed!
- To-do list:
Add your tasks to a to-do list, move tasks to set priority, delete when done, and easily access your tasks in the extension popup!
- List of events and appointments:
Add reminders, birthdays and meetings... and have this information all the time!
- Shortcuts to websites:
Choose if you want a simpler layout with just a search and a Speed Dial list with 20 of your favorite sites! Add, remove and rearrange sites however you like. You can also choose a background image to make your Better Tab even more personalized!

Hello, I am a national of one country living and working in another. For the news feed, I have chosen to see the news of my home country. I am assuming this is from Google because there is a small link on the top saying "modify" and when I click that, it takes me to Google News. However, what happens is that even the date and time displayed is also of my home country and not my current region. The temperature/ weather does not show. Also, is it possible to have 2 feeds ... the local (regional news) and from my home country.
