- As soon as I purchased a plan it deleted my campaign and said my "trial has ended" even though the trial says it lasts until Jan 19th and my account says I'm subscribed to their paid plan. Useless. If support fixes the problem I'll change the review.

- I was very disappointed with this one. Doesn't really show you if someone has responded, no matter what automation or tagging you've set. You have to manually go into your inbox and scan for responses. Also, would have been nicer if you had the option to add as friend before sending message, in the same campaign.
