• (2024-06-03) beeped5: can't choose what channels to track unless they're from nijisanji or you do it manually by using individual channel IDs. has been broken for a few months. don't uninstall/reinstall to try and fix it, this will wipe your added channels and you'll have to add them all back manually. adding manually is a pain because the extension directs you to use a third party site to find the channel ID if the channel uses the "@Vtuber_Name" format for their channel URL. the site makes you do a (simple) math captcha every time, and it only allows you to use it twice per day unless you spend money. that's just one way to get it, but there is a better way. instead, you can just open the "about" popup on the youtube channel on desktop by clicking the words under the subscriber/video count, scroll to the bottom, click "share channel" and click "copy channel ID". i don't know why the extension itself gives you a bad way of doing it.
