Turned out that if there were too many photos in an album to download, the extension will miss out on some photos.

• (2024-05-26) Coding Murphy: READ THIS BEFORE YOU CONCLUDE THIS EXTENSION DOESN'T WORK ... ... which is what I did and had already uninstalled it, since clicking "Start" in the "Album Mode" did literally *nothing*. Still wondering why the latest review stated "Only One That Actually Worked! It DOES work for FB Album Downloading" when it clearly doesn't, I clicked "see all reviews" and found the solution in DEARKANT's review: *** You have to ALREADY OPEN the first image of an album, switch to "Album Mode" and THEN click "Start"! *** Once running, just as Carlos Torres stated you have to give it a while to cycle through the whole "carrusel" and collect all the images one by one. That way it eventually does its job – kinda. Every once in a while it gets stuck, but this isn't that big of a problem as you can go back one image and restart the extension for another batch. Also this ensures your image "collections" don't get too big as a neat side effect of said bug, given that my longest uninterrupted run resulted (coincidentally) in a batch of exactly 1111 files. *** ALSO IMPORTANT: *** After a run finished (or got stuck), wait until the scanned images are displayed (may take a hot minute), then DO NOT click "Start Download" BEFORE you switched from "Folder" to "ZIP-File"! Otherwise new separate save dialogs will keep opening a for EVERY SINGLE OF HUNDERDS OF IMAGES (wth was the author thinking!?) until you or your computer give up; downloading them zipped, however, works fine. Conclusion: horrible coding, horrible instructions, horrible UX, horrible English localization ... which would usually mean 2 stars (I only give 1 if sth doesn't work at all) – but, again, to my knowledge this is indeed the one and only thing that still works and does not just obtusely download useless thumbnails as a lot of purportedly sleek and fine working apps/extensions do (which is also what one of the reviewers thought it does). That alone makes it 4 stars in my book. So please, dear developer, make the "Album Mode" work for anyone who is literally just staring at an "album" right after opening it (or at least fix the instructions as per the mentioned reviews) and then get yourself someone with native level English skills to help with localization for bonus points :D

After that you can select how to download it( multiply download : normal download or download photos as a zip file ). I hope it helps.
