This Extension is for Liberty Mutual employees who use Triton only. Triton is a browser based softphone that employees use to take calls from customers. These calls are automatically recorded. When an agent has to take payment information, we are required by PCI to stop the recordings.
This extension will listen to tab changes and if it recognizes one of the tabs as a payment processing url, it will communicate with Triton to pause the recording. Once the payment url has been closed, the extension will communicate with Triton to resume the recording.
