• (2025-05-05) Eren Sonmez: Amazing tool, saves an absurd amount of time. Doesn't work on maybe 2 out of 10 of the application forms but those usually are very sophisticated or outdated type of forms.

• (2025-03-15) Landon Erickson: I previously left a 4-star review, but I'm afraid I have to remove it and replace it with this one. After not using speedyapply for a few months, I opened it back up and every single job I applied for was gone. Over 50 entries totally gone, I didn't do anything to remove them. Up until this happened, the service was great and really helped me apply for jobs quickly and easily, but I don't think it's worth using if I can't trust that the information I store will stay stored. IDK if there's anything to do to get them back. I tried putting in a feedback request, but kept getting an "unable to fetch" error.

• (2025-02-06) Anurag CHH.: Looks like there is a bug with Workday, when you work on multiple windows at a time, it makes a lot of entries invalid. And then you have to go back and click again.
• (2024-12-05) Josiah Smith: Didn't work on 7 out of 10 job sites I tried. A bit disappointed since I had to go through a pretty finicky onboarding to even try the app. Thanks to the reviews below, I tried out Simplify and it worked on all 10 sites and was pretty slick! The UI is pretty clean and the concept is good though, just not there with the execution yet.
• (2024-12-04) Simon Adler: This is hands down the greatest 100% FREE job tool. There are many similar extensions but they are all paid or only have some basic functions. With this you can easily mass apply to over 100 jobs in a day, it will autofill everything and even goes to the next page for you. Please keep this tool free and add a donation button! Big W to Kirk and Cullen Watson. If you are still reading this review checkout their GitHub and Discord, this tool is open source and stores all data locally (which is awesome because most companies sell your data) and Yes it's 10x better then Simplify and even better analytics.

It works flawlessly, and with the latest update, it goes a step further by learning from your previous responses, making each application even faster and more accurate. I can't recommend it highly enough—this is, without a doubt, the top choice out there!

• (2024-10-15) ANISH DE: You're an absolute lifesaver! Workday sites are a nightmare when it comes to job applications, with the process being ridiculously long. Your extension saved me so much time—I can’t even begin to explain how much I appreciate your effort. It’s 101% efficient, fast, and works without a hitch. One small suggestion though: maybe you could add a feature to upload cover letters (either as a document or written manually) and allow additional files like certificates or work samples. Hope I don’t sound too greedy! But seriously, thanks again—it’s been a game-changer for me!

• (2024-09-01) Saurabh Kumawat: Works as expected. Only issue is when you autofill the application and click submit some of the job titles and location even when filled warns to be blank. Although just clicking on all errored blank works, but if it can be fixed would be great help. This happens to ~30% of job titles, locations and dates.

• (2024-07-14) harshal Patil: Awesome plugin. Accurately filled job application details and it was quick. Most important thing is about data is stored with browser locally along with analytics which track application automatically and provide insights about job application. It will good if you can build autofill functionality for some of the workday Application Questions like How Did You Hear About Us, selecting country from drop down and demographics details. There details can be captured and auto filled based on profile.
• (2024-07-10) Duncan: I've been manually tracking my job applications for a while, so I was super excited to try SpeedyApply. Everything works great and I enjoyed the experience of filling out my profile and using that information to complete my first job application in less than 5 minutes. Just a couple of points about why I didn't give this a 5/5! 1. Entering skills is a little clunky since I have to click Add a new skill one after the other. Some sites like LinkedIn allow you to click enter after each skill is entered, and it'll even recognize each skill from a drop down list instead of free text. Something for a future enhancement! 2. Though SpeedyApply had my links on my profile, it did not auto populate them on my application which had clear fields for X, LinkedIn, etc.
