To implement Google Chrome extension that would facilitate the Operations team users to download the “RRD Feedback Form” extension in their Gmail account. This would enable the Ops team to obtain feedback from the clients, on the submitted projects.
• Post enabling the extension, Feedback Form option should be embedded in the user’s Gmail while composing an email
• On clicking the Feedback Form button, should enable the link “Please click the Feedback Form” in the email body
• During project delivery, user should provide the client’s email address, subject, compose the email and click send to collate the client’s feedback
Client – Feedback Submission
• Based on the email recipient’s provided by Ops team, the client would receive an email
• Option should be available to provide their rating/feedback using the link provided in any browser
• Should have an option to provide the respective email address, subject, enter the review comments and share the feedback
• On feedback submission an auto-generated email should be triggered to the Ops. Team
Feedback Details :( Web Interface)
• Provision should be available for Ops team to view the feedback provided by the clients in Report format
• Based on client/account name, users should be able to retrieve and view the rating/feedback submitted by the clients
