StayInTab is a light-weighted extension that prevents a webpage from opening new tabs and helps you stay browsing in the same tab.
When you click on a link of a webpage that tries to open to a new tab, StayInTab redirects the link back to your original tab. However, you can still open link into a new tab if you want, by either right-click the link or by Ctrl/Command-click.
Note:
* StayInTab does not block popup pages. Chrome blocks popups for you by default.
