- (2024-05-28) natalia o: After installing Help Me Write, I had a hard time figuring out how to download and open the software. After some searching, I found that it had to be downloaded through an extension. Then, to open it, I had to be logged into the Chrome browser. I then had to look in Chrome extensions and add it to the top left menu strip. Once I did that, Help Me Write showed up on the right-click menu. Tried looking in these reviews for help with all this, so sharing what I learned. Now I'm ready to start using it, maybe will rate again if it's good. Good luck!

I googled the above error message and only got one hit (!?!). No help there. Then, I even asked Bard what to do, and it said to log out of Chrome (and re-login), and clear the cashe & etc etc. No joy. Now what?
