RobojinAI integrates ChatGPT in Freshdesk dashboard.
RobojinAI is for businesses who use Freshdesk for customer service / support. It is also available for Crisp Chat, Intercom, Zendesk, Gorgias etc.
Customer support staff can install this extension and it will be integrated with their Freshdesk dashboard ('Robojin' button as shown in screenshot) where they type replies to their customers.
When a message comes from a customer, support staff can use this extension to reply to that message. Our backend uses ChatGPT API to answer customer's questions/queries. RobojinAI's reply-bot/chatbot is trained on your company's documents ( helpdesk articles, FAQs, SOPs, PDF documents).
