- (2023-09-09) Katie Siemont: Not useful for small firms. Sales office works overtime while actual product training, installation, and support is non-existent. Would not recommend unless you like being treated like a mushroom. The company was actually sold to another software company, so if you signed a contract for services, and they didn't provide them, they don't care. It's typical make a product, hype it up, sell it and never provide anything to the actual clients. Very disappointed. Had to fight for a refund when they took my money and never provided access to the program, I never used it, and it never benefited my business one bit.
