It lacks any meaningful options or keyboard shortcuts. Furthermore, it exhibits sluggish page loading times. To compound its drawbacks, it disables the Enter key command, and clicking anywhere results in the window closing. Reopening it initiates a new conversation, interrupting your previous chat.
