- (2024-12-02) Sandy Burt: The CallSwitch One Click to Dial Chrome Extension enables you to Click to Dial from your Browser and Browser Based Applications (Email, CRM's, Xero etc) via the CallSwitch One Desktop Application (not the Browser based Softphone App @ callswitchone.app) giving a similar experience to that on your Mobile Phone which is a great time saver.

- (2024-02-14) Avi Goitein (Steel Nation Ltd): The extension does not function in chrome browser. Everything else with call switch one is functioning, including the web app they have. but this browser extension for click-to-call simply does not work!!
- (2024-02-07) Jessica Creba: Doesn't work, just pops up saying I need to log in to Chrome on my Android device when I'm not using that, I'm using a desk phone and the CallSwitch One App website.
