• (2023-11-03) Timotheus Teo: Great stuff! Been searching for something like this for a long time. This one works the smoothest by far with little lag. Design is sleek. Something that could be improved would be the ability to put pinned tabs in a group. Another thing that could be improved and something I would see as essential would be the ability to lock the groups. I find myself accidentally clicking on ungroup, or accidentally closing the whole group. Which if it is a big group, I'll have to slowly recover it from history, or having to reorder them in the group once it is ungrouped. Other than that, this is a superb extension when it comes to tab management and I'll be using this as my main manager. Hopefuly the changes get implemented soon! Great job by the developer. Update: Developer has updated and with the compacted view and separate pinned tabs it feels so much better to use. Thank you and great job!!

• (2023-10-05) david venegas: Hey great tool especially helpful for those of us with a lot of working tabs. The history function and search are fantastic! Some room for improvement as far as pinned tabs though. Taking a page from edge here but pinned tabs should only show an icon (and a small one at that). Staking them in an array at the top is the optimal solution in my opinion as it saves a TON of space. Also is there any way to remove the regular tabs once SideTab is activated?

(Implementing it like Edge would be recommended) Also, the vertical space per tab is too large, only one line with the title should be at least an option. Also an option for the font size too, it's too big for me. Looking forward for more updates!

• (2023-08-24) Ash R: Amazing! I've looked at so many vertical tab extensions for Chrome and this one is the best, especially the color coding and journeys integration. The colored bubbles between the tab groups on the horizontal tab bar is INSANELY cool, I've never seen that before. I do have a question and a suggestion— 1) I saw your reply explaining how to move the side panel to the left side of the window; Settings > Appearance > Side Panel > Move Left. I cannot for the life of me find where settings is. I went to Manage Extension > and it only shows description, version, size, ID, etc. I can't find any settings to alter the sidebar. 2) Suggestion: The bubble where it says "DRAG & DROP A TAB" is a little distracting/large appearance-wise. It would be awesome if that area could be customized with either custom text, or just preset options that are smaller/shorter, like just "Drag & Drop a Tab," "drag & drop a tab," or "create a new group." This is just personal preference but I would remove the dotted bubble around the text and make that area smaller in height in general so there's more room for tabs. Also, any chance you're considering adding this to Firefox or uploading the .xpi on GitHub? :) I'd gladly replace my current extension there with this one. Thank you, you're awesome!

Support grouping of same domain root, such as grouping cloud.google.com and scolar.google.com to a group called google.com 2. Support user-customized group of domain list, 3. Add some hotkeys to callout the sidetab and navigate between different groups and tabs. Excellent job, hope to keep going

  Hi, this looks good but it's not working for me. When installed, the extension hides the browser's sidebar, and clicking on the sidebar button (icon) does not open the sidebar. Using Brave on Manjaro.

  Hi! Thanks for the changes in separate the pinned tabs! Would it be possible to be able to minimize the pinned section in the vertical part? Because I have around 18 pinned tabs hahaha, so what happens is that the pinned tabs takes up almost 4/5 of the vertical section, leaving me only a small section to scroll. Appreciate the good work!

  I have been enjoying this extension quite a bit and find it pretty intuitive. Other than the "DRAG & DROP A TAB" section at the top which seems too large and isn't aesthetically pleasing. 1) Maybe make this section smaller, and at the very bottom of the sidebar as to not distract from actual tabs in use. 2) Have an option to disable this drag and drop field. In it's place enable a feature where you right click on an open tab you wish to create another group with, and you can select "Create a new group with this Tab". The sidebar stays open when I full screen videos through apps like youtube. 1) It would be a good quality of life update to have the sidebar automatically hide when videos are full screened, and then unhide when you exit full screen. This way you don't have to use the keyboard hotkeys to toggle the sidebar (which currently isn't working for me on PC, Ctrl+Shift+P just opens a print screen, and the sidebar stays open).

  My only concern is the hotkey on PC to toggle the vertical tab sidebar is not working for me. It is shown to be: Ctrl+Shift+P but this only brings up a print screen, and the sidebar remains open. What am I doing wrong here, is there another hotkey I should be using instead? The sidebar stays open when I full screen videos through apps like youtube, and I cannot get it toggle closed as explained on the chrome store page. Any help would be appreciated!
