Dear Aditya, I was able to get your desktop version (downloaded through the Apple App Store, subscription $7.99/week) to work with an uploaded PDF, but not the Google extension version $49. I want to cancel the Google version (and would like to request a refund, since it appears not to be functional), but I can't seem to find a way to access my account portal to do so. Please advise.
