Very Glitchy, Not a lot of features to work for you, and the worst customer service you have ever come across. I would recommend looking at another company for a CRM before wasting your time with this one.

At this stage there are practically 0 system issues and the engagement with clients is unmatched, especially compared to other similar options. I highly recommend giving this a shot, there is a lot of potential for increased business

The response time for their support team is about the same time frame. I just don't think the founder knew what he was getting himself into. I spent about $300 in one week for texting credits and have less than 50% deliverability. If you depend on SMS marketing like I do for your business and can't afford to have a company leave you in the dark, and deliver less than half of your leads, than I would suggest the ole faithful - iSales now called Ringy.
