I’m an avid reader and productivity junkie. Before Notion, I used Pocket, GSheet, and various apps to save articles, summarize the core takeaways, to share them with my friends, family, and peers.
Since moving my entire workflow to Notion, I built this extension to highlight core takeaways, summarize them later, add my commentary, and retrieve them when needed.

- (2023-11-13) Jaime Getto: Certainly great for the use case of an avid reader but I actually happened upon this as I was looking for a solution to streamline training documentation for a b2b marketing ops team. We use several tools that have lots of nuanced implementation details. I've had a hard time streamlining how I can pull together documentation to call out certain areas of a page and note specific details or instructions. I am a big fan of notion, especially for housing documentation so needless to say this has really been a time saver in helping me build and organize these training materials! Thanks!
- (2023-11-12) James Francis: A fantastic tool if you use Notion. Easy to get started, and the highlights are saved directly to a Notion database. My only complaints are that it doesn't seem to support PDFs, and that the sidebar can pop out and obscure some of the page. But these are minor problems. Overall, this is great and, honestly, a tool Notion should have natively.
