- Other than the fact that it is yet another monthly subscription service that I ultimately can't afford because EVERYTHING is a subscription these days - It is very handy and useful. Especially once you get it set-up and working the way you want - which wasn't much of a process really. I've only been using for a couple of days and love it. I also greatly appreciate that there are options and tasks you can do to get credits initially. *Writing this review is earning me some credits*

- So helpful and convenient! We love that the chat box is right there in our Google doc that we're working on. We're able to get assistance without even leaving the doc. And ChapGPT is able to access what we're working on straight from the doc so we don't have to explain it. And since there are different team members who access documents, each one is able to look back at the chat history to see what has been done. It's great - so far, we love love love it.

- Misleading branding, privacy concerns and unclear affiliation with OpenAI I installed this extension believing it was an official OpenAI product or directly affiliated with ChatGPT. The name, logo, pricing structure, and chat interface strongly imply a connection, but this is not made clear up front. Once installed, the extension requests broad read and write access across Google Workspace, including Gmail, Drive, and Docs. I granted those permissions under the assumption this was OpenAI-backed. It was only after being prompted to pay and realizing my existing ChatGPT Pro features did not apply that I researched further and discovered this is a third-party product. I consider myself a savvy marketer, and I still found this confusing. The branding and UX closely mirror ChatGPT, which creates a real risk for user trust and data access. At a minimum, the lack of clear disclosure about ownership and affiliation is concerning. Prospective users should be very cautious and fully understand who is behind this tool before granting access to sensitive data.
