作業手順を指南するウォークスルーガイドを作成しましょう。ガイド作成ツールのChrome拡張機能を追加すれば、すぐに作業手順のドキュメント化を始めることができます。
使用を開始すると、クリックするたびにガイド作成ツールによってスクリーンショットがキャプチャーされます。作業が完了すると、全ての作業手順を1つずつドキュメント化したガイドを編集して共有できるようになります。
効果的なハウツーガイドの作成
ガイド作成ツールのエディターによって自動的に手順にラベルが付けられ、スクリーンショットがレイアウトされます。利用者に合わせて画像をトリミングしたり言い回しを変えたりできます。相手は協力を求めているチームメンバーであることもあれば、作業を実行したいと考えているお客さまや、貴社について詳しく知りたいと考えているプロスペクトであることもあります。
何度でも共有可能なガイド
ガイドの仕上がりに問題がなければ、ウェブページへのリンクを共有して、どこからでもアクセスできるようにしましょう。知識を提供するたびに電話に出て画面共有する必要はありません。
ガイドの利用者がチームメンバーのみであれば、アクセスを制限して社外秘にしましょう。ドキュメントを閲覧できる相手を完全に制御できます。

The ability to automatically capture screenshots as you navigate the web seems like it would save a lot of time and effort compared to manually taking and organizing screenshots. Additionally, being able to easily edit and share the resulting step-by-step guide is a great feature. Overall, it seems like Guide Creator could be a valuable asset for anyone who needs to create instructional materials.
- (2023-12-17) Neil Hart: Although relatively basic - and why not - a great simple solution for step-by-step online guide creation. Note: have just discovered that this plugin causes the Eliesha (eliesha-lms.com) learning platform to not work properly, so have to disable until needed.
