Adds a button to tickets on Zoho Support to import contacts to Zoho CRM, should work on desk.zoho.com as well
Makes it more convenient for people who use both Zoho Support and Zoho CRM to keep their contacts synchronized. If a contact in Zoho Support doesn't exist in Zoho CRM, a button is added to the CRM Info section allowing you to automatically add the contact to Zoho CRM. Attempts to guess at the contact's phone, fax, website and address based on email content.
Version 1.2.1 removes the web navigation permission.
