What if you could just choose your YouTube layout? Well, now you can! CustomTube lets you choose between recreations of any YouTube layout from 2008-2021, all with a single click!
Outside of the layout selector, CustomTube has even more options, including:
-Ability to loop videos by default (with an option to exclude playlist videos)
-Choose the size of the video player
-Make search better by hiding some irrelevant results
-Hide the "Shorts" button on the sidebar
-And more, with even more options planned for future updates!

- Not sure if it looks so weird and out of place because of the new Youtube update, which is what I got this extension for, but if it reverted back to the old video player without the unneeded huge and thick buttons then I'd use it

- I recommend downloading this! The new YouTube design (dislike removal) is not good anymore. So this extension will fix it!

- This has the old sidebar and i switched from Microsoft to chrome And It still had broken ui and there's no (;_;)/ icon in the sidebar and if you could switch different styles it still would probably be glitchy youtube redux works better

- the layout is completly broken for 2008 and nothing seems to align with youtube, the round search bar is in the background of the website and its completly messed up when i click the home page

- this was really fun while it lasted without bugs for me but the older layouts (2008 specifically WHICH WAS THE ONE I USED) are completly neglected, the 2008 layout is so glitchy the videos in the front page clip over eachother and it's imposible to read what are their titles. and now the 2009 layout is starting to glitch too, the modern side bar is now apearing and you have to deactivate the extention so you can use sertain parts of youtube, plus the search bar is glitched in both where the recomendations no longer apear. still use it tho

- I really really like what this does with youtube, but its extremely buggy. I have to refresh the page every time i click on a new video because elements from the previous video will stay forever

- pretty good but there's some noticeable glitches, the ones i have an issue with are the search bar and playlists displaying as the current layout/going broken or out of place. i don't know if this applies to the other old ones as i'm using the 2012 one :)

- An awsome extention bringing back the old YT themes. Unfortunately YT keeps braking it every time it gets an layout/theme update. Please keep up the good work of fixing issues, every update.

- Something went wrong. My 2014 YouTube theme it's breaking because somehow it has both create and upload theme of the same time and the search bar is not 2014 themed. Please fix this bug

- Its still broken but ill rate it a 4 stars since it has so much detail into this, i recommend fixing it but it looks good!!!

- I'm sure it's great, but I specifically got this extension to attempt to create a mockup of what a youtuber's channel would look like, and 2009 channel pages do not look accurate at all. I'm sorry but that completely ruined it for me. If this is improved than I could easily see myself giving it at least 4 stars.
