Tab Manager - Organize and Manage Your Tabs
Welcome to Tab Manager!
Functionality:
The Tab Manager extension provides you with the tools to effectively organize and manage your open tabs in Google Chrome. It allows you to group your tabs into two main categories: Pinned Tabs and Bookmarked Tabs.
Pinned Tabs:
Pinned tabs are shown in the "Pinned Tabs" section.
Click the "Pin/Unpin" button to toggle the pinned status of selected tabs.
Pinned tabs will stay locked in their positions and won't be affected by other tab actions like closing or rearranging.
Bookmarked Tabs:
Bookmarked tabs are shown in the "Bookmarked Tabs" section.
Click the "Bookmark/Unbookmark" button to bookmark or unbookmark selected tabs.
Bookmarked tabs will be saved in your bookmarks for easy access later.
How to Use:
Search Tabs:
Use the search box to find specific tabs by their titles.
Simply type a keyword or part of the title to filter the tabs.
Pin/Unpin Tabs:
Select the tabs you want to pin or unpin by clicking on them.
Click the "Pin/Unpin" button to toggle the pinned status of the selected tabs.
Bookmark/Unbookmark Tabs:
Select the tabs you want to bookmark or unbookmark by clicking on them.
Click the "Bookmark/Unbookmark" button to toggle the bookmarked status of the selected tabs.
Close Tabs:
Select the tabs you want to close by clicking on them.
Click the "Close" button to close the selected tabs.
Dark Mode:
You can also toggle the dark mode for the extension interface using the switch in the header.
Dark mode changes the color theme for better visibility in low-light environments.
Instructions:
Pinned Tabs:
Pinned tabs will appear in the "Pinned Tabs" section.
To pin a tab, select it and click the "Pin/Unpin" button.
To unpin a tab, select the pinned tab and click the "Pin/Unpin" button again.
Bookmarked Tabs:
Bookmarked tabs will appear in the "Bookmarked Tabs" section.
To bookmark a tab, select it and click the "Bookmark/Unbookmark" button.
To remove a tab from bookmarks, select the bookmarked tab and click the "Bookmark/Unbookmark" button again.
Closing Tabs:
To close one or more tabs, select the tabs and click the "Close" button.
Be cautious, as closed tabs cannot be recovered once closed.
Tips:
Use the search box to quickly find specific tabs based on their titles.
To manage tabs efficiently, consider grouping them into pinned or bookmarked sections.
