- (2024-03-01) Thomas Mohr: UPDATE 03/01/2024 (1-star rating): This is no longer a "sidebar", when you click the icon from your extensions it pops open a window instead. I'm not sure if OpenAI reached out to the developer and forced them to make this change, or if the developer is on drugs, but not even worth having the extension anymore when you can simply just open chatGPT and pin it as a tab in the browser. Wish the developer would at least communicate here on the page what the situation is with that, all we can do is assume what happened here. 1 star for complete disregard in communicating this change that was the entire purpose of downloading this extension to begin with. I'll update my review to 5 stars again if they fix this, or at least 2 stars if they communicate why this happened. 10/23/2023 (5-star rating): Just what I was looking for! I actually hate the little button at the bottom right that the extension comes with, but with a little Stylus magic I made it disappear. :)
- (2024-02-05) Cristhian Suriel Rodriguez: Very useful. I like that the sidebar can be expanded and there's no need to open it on a new tab. Update: Since I last reviewed it, I've decreased the rating to 3 stars. I've come to really use the keyboard shortcut often and still like the convenience of having it show next to the screen, however the floating Icon shows when printing which is frustrating. Additionally, as of two days ago the extension doesn't work saying "chat.openai.com refused to connect." when you try to open it. Update: Increased one star, but now it's not opening as a sidebar. instead it's just opening a new window
