The "efficient search" often misses products, "instant insights" are laggy and inaccurate, and the touted "unique innovations" are anything but unique. To top it off, the Creator Hub integration is clunky, and it failed miserably during Prime Day. I've reached out to customer support multiple times with no response. If you're an influencer hoping for a game-changer, look elsewhere!
