• (2025-04-03) Mary Miller: I just downloaded and it took me fine through saving the Chrome extension too. I had no issues loading it and using the scan afterwards - very simple folks. I love McAfee and have used them for many many years with no issues.

• (2025-03-15) Anthony Gonzales: I'm so confused. I'm not real techy, but I DO need to use a laptop. I just wanted protection from tracking, malware, viruses..so I added McAfee Anti-Tracker to the Life Safe subscription, but when i click on the icon, it doesn't show that i have this protection! When I attempt to activate my purchases or view what i have, every click on the McAfee site sends me down rabbit holes ultimately taking me to a purchase suggestion. Why cant they just make it simple and do the installation and protection for me? I feel like I have to be real techy to get/use what i purchased and if I have missed some installation step, tough luck for me; I don't have the coverage i purchased. Make it simple guys or you're going to lose me at renewal time.

• (2025-02-16) J. Helmenstine: Absolutely perfect! As with all my McAfee products it is easy to install and use. I have been using McAfee for 15 years and never an issue. I can't believe these 1 star reviews. They are either "plants" from other software companies or there are a lot of illiterate computer users out there.

• (2024-11-26) Maureen Hickman: I can't even install it. it says 'download Extension'. I click on extension and it offers all sorts of delights, including caring for your virtual dog. no box that says 'install'. You need to look at your website and try to do it yourself.

• (2024-09-24) Dave AZ: Christi Lane, I just purchased McAfee Anti-Tracker. If what you say is true I'll be canceling my McAfee subscription today & likewise going to Norton. I'll wait and see if I am prompted to purchase an additional license to remove the Trackers. That would be ridiculous to purchase an Anti-Tracking app and it doesn't remove the Trackers! We'll see... If I am not required to purchase an additional license to remove the identified trackers then I will come back and change my ratings.
• (2024-07-30) Christi Lane: Terrible product. As usual McAfee only sells you half the component and then wants more money to complete the cycle. I get notices that I have over 1400 trackers after installing, but then I need to buy another license to remove trackers. I will not be renewing with McAfee, back to Norton I go!
• (2024-07-15) Debi K: Pinning the icon is easy if you read the directions. It isn't the pin icon at the bottom of the page but the puzzle with the icon in it at the top. Done correctly it is immediate. I haven't used the tracker security yet, only pinned the icon to my taskbar.

• (2024-06-22) Shaneikiya Collins: Purchased today and I was able to install it without any hiccups. It looks professional and I've used McAfee before, so I trust the brand. Aside from that I looked into the Anti Tracker & Web Advisor feature, both seem to be working fine and doin their job in my opinion. I was worried when the "One Time Sign in Code" took a minute to authenticate, but I was able to set up a password there-after so no further worries. I'll be back in 29 days with an update to let you know how well it's worked out for me, so far.

• (2024-03-12) Gaspar Cardero: To complicated and the icon to pin the browser doesn't appear clearly and it's maybe for very qualify computer specialist. I don't recommend to buy this product. McAfee is offering a lot of "tools" that maybe we don't need and every year is including more and more "tools" to sell thing to us, the customers. It's better that offer a bundle where we can select our best choices and no more and more "new products". It's no fear.
