- (2023-10-24) Shannon Stone: I have been using this tool with applicants in Lever. I find it very useful for summarizing applicant information in an easily digestible way. It does not replace a real human looking at applicants, it helps bring the most relevant resumes to the top of the funnel. It's most helpful for me for roles that have 100+ applicants in sorting through those applicants that are not related to the job description. I still need to look at each profile to make sure they actually fit the job description for our highly technical scientific roles. Overall, I recommend it for roles that have many resumes, especially when many are not actually relevant to the role, as can sometimes happen!
- (2023-10-18) Hilary Dorton: This is a helpful and much-needed tool for reviewing applicants! I have been recruiting for several years and find this extremely useful for summarizing candidate profiles. I love that I'm not restricted to simple keyword searches and can either customize prompts or use default information drawn directly from the relevant job description. Overall the process is smooth and it integrates seamlessly with my ATS (Lever). It does take a few minutes if you have a lot of resumes to summarize, but it's nice that you can leave it running in the background and move to a different tab while it works. I would like to see more/customizable options for marking candidates (right now there's only the option to "star" a candidate), for example: multiple colors or symbols to indicate different users reviewing the candidate. Overall, highly recommend! Really handy, and it makes me happy as a busy recruiter that I can get a quick yet comprehensive first pass at candidates!

- (2023-10-17) Tiffany Carpenetti: This extension is very handy for sorting through candidates. I like that I can customize my search terms to help narrow things down quickly. I also like the "star" feature for candidates that I want to come back and review a bit more thoroughly. The only drawback I have experienced is that it can take a considerable amount of time to process all the summaries if you are reviewing a large number of candidates - more than 30 or so and I recommend you start the run and work on something else until it finishes.

I built this extension with a great team of engineers, because I know the feeling of seeing hundreds of resumes for your jobs and not having time to even start checking them. I wanted a way to quickly review resumes in my clients' ATS websites and make sure that (1) every applicant was considered and (2) great candidates were never missed. AI-cruiter has been game changing for me! I am no longer daunted by a huge list of resumes, and I'm happy that I don't miss anyone. I've uncovered some amazing candidates. It gives a brief description of the job description, and then highlights the important information for each candidate for the particular position! Shortens reviewing time tremendously.
