- Going to give a step through step process on the cancellation as I should've read reviews before purchasing. 1. Go to the email confirming your subscription, scroll to the bottom where it says 'Cancel/Manage Subscription and click there'. 2. Login to your account using the email you used to signup previously and go to Subscriptions page. 3. Wait for it to load, there is a FAKE high traffic/signups page there which prevents you from cancelling. Keep that page open a couple hours (mine was around 10) and eventually it will load. 4. You won't see an option to cancel but it's in the text at the top to seem extremely difficult. Press 'Cancel my subscription'. 5. It will then prompt you with a reason, literally write "you're scam artists" and submit. 6. The next option will say CONTINUE or CANCEL. Press CANCELLL!!!!! at the bottom highlighted in grey. It is MEANT to look like a button to stop your cancellation but I swear it is not.

- https://smartsolve.ai/dashboard/login is the link to the login dashboard to cancel since they make it hard to find. When you get the the last page AFTER they ask why you don't want their stupid half baked app anymore make sure to press cancel and not continue to actually cancel your subscription. Also you have to click change plan and there's tiny grey words at the bottom of that pop up that says cancel.

- Complete scam. Someone already mentioned it, but once you get to the Manage and Billing page, CLICK THE "CANCEL" BUTTON, NOT THE "CONTINUE" BUTTON. I will be disputing these transactions with my bank, and we shall see if I am still somehow charged.

- If I could give a ZERO start I would - this is a complete scam. I do not know even HOW they received my card info but i have reached out every month and they CONTINUE TO BILL ME!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM. Their "bot" messages the same thing- there is no number to call, no live person will reach out. RUN far from this SCAM

- DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!!!!!!!!> Just in case you're trying to cancel the subscription, you gotta hit the button that says "Cancel" after you give your reasoning for canceling the subscription. they trick you into to thinking you're canceling by having "continue" bright and blue making you assume it will "continue" the cancellation process. All it does is bring you back to the billing page WITHOUT cancelling your sub. TLDR, they swapped the button functions. Hitting continue actually CANCELS the cancellation process and hitting cancel actually CONTINUES the cancellation prosses

- Absolutely horrible. Time to respond takes 2 days, really doesn't make any sense. And to top it off trying to cancel has the longest process and you don't even know if it has canceled or not. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

- The terms and conditions refer to a user dashboard and cancellation options that are now nonexistent. At some point, it was possible, but they removed it alongside any surface level contact information you may find on their site. Extremely shady. The AI's integration into Canvas seems to have not been updated/supported in a long time either. That was really the only selling point for me.
