Once you install it and add channels to your list, you will receive periodic emails only on video uploads for the selected channels. You do not need to subscribe to them on YouTube itself. No shorts, no posts, and no polls.

Here is how it works:
1. Install the extension.
2. Register via email and password.
3. Click on the added button under the videos to add the channel to your feed.
