- Fathom is simple and compatible. It works everywhere and you don't have to think about it (Mac, Windows, any browser, Zoom, Google Meet.....etc etc). The AI integration is superb. I love the "Ask Fathom" feature because I can ask it any question about what was said, when it was said, etc. during the call. It is very robust and resilient (e.g. if it does ever drop, a new agent is automatically sent into the meeting to pick up the call recording ASAP). And their is responsive from my one experience with them.

- Fathom integrates very well with Google Meet, which is where I primarily use it. It provides well-organized notification panels containing information about the duration of the meeting, the participants, how much each person spoke, and whether there were any monologues. The most important and well-executed feature, in my opinion, is the reporting system, which is extremely helpful for summarizing what was discussed and identifying the next steps to take. The reports are very detailed and accurate — truly useful.
