- when using the opera gx youtube music side panel function, it works (kind of), it still plays like a second of the ad and then skips immediately, but thats still better than nothing

- I use the Opera GX function that lets you put YouTube music on the left. The thing is that when I play a song, the ads starts and go away, and it's especially annoying when the song changes because a bit of the ad and the audio of the ad still plays. Any solution?

- Work very well. Bascially it doesn't skip the ads, but they only play the ads for 1 second (only a small stop between videos if there is ads). Never thought i would have youtube music premium for free

- Does the job, I installed it on Chrome, Windows 11, sometimes it plays an ad for 1 second, but most of the time there are no ads while playing videos :) If this doesn't work for you, try to fix the extension as a shortcut in upper corner in Chrome, it will work perfectly!

The only problems I have with it is: It plays the first .2 seconds of the ads- which yes, isn't a lot but gets a little annoying after a while I didn't realize I had to refresh YouTube Music to get it to work. Other than that, amazing extension- would recommend! 👌

- I downloaded this just now, as I was listening to music; the song ended, an ad played for .1 second, and then skipped immediately. This worked where other extensions have failed. I like listening to music while I fall asleep, but recently my other adblock stopped working on youtube music, and I don't love the ear blast an ad interrupts classical music with.

- Only downloaded this to block Youtube music ads in the player. Recently Opera GX has ads in their special "Player" feature now, I didn't get them before. So far, this extension doesn't work very well for the ads in the player. But, on the actual Youtube Music website this extension works great, no ads at all.

- As of August 2, 2024, it doesn't work. 4 out of 4 videos I checked, all came with unskippable 2 min ad blocks in the beginning of the videos.

- Very happy with this, I used to use the Opera gx ad blocker, but recently it stopped working for me, I couldn't find any other ad blockers that worked till I found this one, it started blocking the ads immediately, I'm very happy that I don't have to sit through ads now, since some are long and annoying lol.

- Recently I was using another ad blocker before this one. I looked up some and found this, WOWW! It works great, with no ads or anything. Finally can listen to music peacefully. If it doesn't work for you make sure it's on first by looking at the top right of your laptop browser and clicking "extensions," a puzzle-shaped button. Click on Jadskip, (I recommend pinning it, you can always change it back.) Then make sure the blue switch is where the white dot is right near on. Thats it!

- Works great! Been using it for a day and it works almost perfectly, the only thing "bad" about it is that there's a brief second before the song plays where an ad would play, but is skipped, delaying your song for about half a second. Really doesn't matter that much though, good extension considering its free and easy to use. I use this on opera gx so it may not work for other browsers.
